How do I choose the right size for my outfit?
Every product page has a detailed size chart under the "More Information" section, with exact bust, waist, and length measurements for that specific design. We recommend measuring a similar outfit you already own and comparing it against the chart rather than relying on standard S/M/L labels, since fit can vary between designers.
What is the difference between Ready to Wear, Semi Stitched, and Fully Customized?
"Ready to Wear" ships as-is in the size shown. "Semi Stitched" comes with the blouse/bottom unstitched so your tailor can finish it to your exact measurements. "Fully Customized" lets you choose fabric, color, and embroidery details, and the entire outfit is stitched to the measurements you provide at checkout.
Can I customize the color or embroidery of a design?
Yes, on the product page select the "Fully Customized" delivery option to unlock color and embroidery choices for that design. Not every design offers every customization — available options are shown directly on the product page.
How long does a customized or semi-stitched order take to arrive?
Delivery timelines are shown on the product page and vary by order type — typically Ready to Wear ships fastest, Semi Stitched next, and Fully Customized takes the longest since it involves fresh tailoring. Check the "Delivery by" date shown for your pincode before ordering.
Are the fabrics used sustainable or eco-friendly?
Many of our designers list eco-friendly and sustainable fabric options — look for the "Sustainable" badge on the product card. Full fabric composition is always listed in the product description.
Can I request alterations after my order is delivered?
For Semi Stitched and Fully Customized orders, minor alteration requests within 7 days of delivery can be raised through your order page. Ready to Wear items follow our standard exchange policy instead of alterations.
How should I care for embellished or heavily embroidered garments?
We recommend dry cleaning only for embellished, embroidered, or hand-worked pieces to protect the stitching and stonework. Care instructions specific to each garment are included with your delivery.
What if the outfit doesn't fit once it arrives?
Ready to Wear items are eligible for exchange under our standard returns policy. For Semi Stitched and Fully Customized pieces made to your measurements, reach out to our support team — alteration is offered first, since these are made specifically for you.
Are the designer collections limited edition?
Most designer pieces are produced in very limited quantities, and some are one-of-a-kind. The "Limited Stock" tag on a product means only a few pieces remain.
Do you offer styling advice for occasions like weddings?
Yes — browse our "Shop by Occasion" and curated collections for outfit inspiration by event type, and check each designer's profile for their full range if you'd like a coordinated look.

Based on the screenshot, there appears to be a price-rule mismatch: Actual product/dress price: ₹1,299 Price shown as original/MRP on storefront: ₹1,449 Offer price shown: ₹1,339.20 The storefront is therefore applying some additional pricing logic before displaying the offer. The key issue is that ₹1,299 is being changed to ₹1,449, but the screenshot alone does not reveal which rule caused that change. Possible rule calculation If the system starts with ₹1,299 and changes it to ₹1,449: ₹1,449 − ₹1,299 = ₹150 Then the offer price of ₹1,339.20 is calculated from ₹1,449: ₹1,449 − ₹1,339.20 = ₹109.80 So the system appears to be applying two separate price transformations: ₹1,299 → ₹1,449 → ₹1,339.20 This should be investigated to determine whether markup, tax, margin, price-rule extension, or an old offer rule is responsible for the ₹150 increase. Suggested bug description Actual product price is incorrectly changed when applying an offer The product's actual price is ₹1,299, but on the storefront the original price is displayed as ₹1,449 and the offer price is displayed as ₹1,339.20. The system appears to be applying an additional pricing rule that changes ₹1,299 to ₹1,449 before calculating the offer price. Expected: Original price: ₹1,299 Offer price should be calculated based on the applicable configured offer rule. Need to verify: Which pricing rule changes ₹1,299 to ₹1,449? Is any markup/margin percentage being applied? Is tax being added to the base price? Is an old/extended price rule still active? Is the offer being calculated from the modified ₹1,449 instead of the actual ₹1,299? If you share the price rule configuration/screenshot, I can calculate exactly which rule is producing ₹1,449 and ₹1,339.20.
